Community Driven

We built Bondfire as a lifestyle business. Sometimes that term is disparaged, but hear us out. Life is about life, not making money. We think we can do both, but our priority is serving our community, and working with others who prioritize community engagement, volunteerism, and all that other good stuff.

The Firestarter

Jordan Walker is the owner of Bondfire Strategy, a marketing strategy, analysis, and optimization firm where she applies her experience as a former director of digital media strategy working with Fortune 500-1000 companies to set, measure, and achieve goals for businesses.

After a decade of implementing online tactics, lead generation, and online advertising, Jordan is focused on her super strength: building cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports a superlative customer journey. Working with in-house marketing teams, advocacy groups, and entrepreneurs, her own fire is fueled by sharing her expertise and learning a few new tricks along the way.

Jordan loves meeting new people, building relationships, and is energized by engaging with her community, where she champions shop local efforts, volunteers with Wichita Startup Week, and serves as the 2022 Vice Chair of the W Young Professionals Impact Team. She graduated from Wichita State University with a B.A. in integrated marketing communications and loves the great outdoors, visiting national parks, and reading. When she is not stoking your business’s bondfire, you’ll most likely find her around a good, old fashioned campfire.

Gray Rodriguez is a marketer and film festival organizer whose expertise includes strategic communication, client relations, social media management, and event marketing. She has worked in corporate communication, planned multiple film festivals, and worked with colleagues all over the country to execute large scale digital conferences in the film exhibition space. She is a fan of looking at the bigger picture, keen to brainstorm on strategies and tactics.

Outside of her work with Bondfire, Gray works in the film festival industry through the Film Festival Alliance, where she collaborates with her peers from festivals around the world. Gray is a pop culture enthusiast and mom to a toddler, meaning she’s always down to talk about the latest TV show or movie – from Sesame Street to Oscar nominees.
